Daniel Ramirez is the co-founder of Host Financial, the leading short-term rental lender, which provides DSCR loans specifically tailored to short-term rental investors. Launched in 2018, Host Financial has funded nearly a half a billion dollars in loans.

Experience

Daniel is the co-founder of Host Financial, as well as a real estate investor, angel investor, and lifelong entrepreneur. Daniel has successfully launched four separate businesses in his 15-year career prior to founding Host Financial, including one exit in 2018. He uses his background in technology and digital marketing to bring tech-forward thinking to the mortgage process to allow for seamless transactions, a better customer experience, and out-of-the-box solutions for real estate investors.

Daniel holds a bachelor’s degree in business management with a focus in entrepreneurship from San Diego State University in San Diego, California
