Brad Uhlig

Brad Uhlig is a real estate broker and property investor in the Denver Metro Area. He has been investing in real estate for over 20 years and has been an investment-minded broker for 13 years.

Experience
Brad grew up with property investor parents and invested in his first property at a young age. He has bought, sold, rehabbed, flipped, exchanged, and managed properties in multiple markets for over 20 years. Currently, he owns a portfolio of properties in and around Denver and believes in the benefits of buying and holding.

Over his 13-year career as a broker, he has helped hundreds of investors achieve their financial goals through investing in real estate and has been fortunate to have met and learned from many brilliant people along the way.

Brad is currently working on a mentorship program with the goal of helping others succeed in real estate investing by sharing his knowledge and experiences, both good and bad.

Education
Brad has a bachelor of science degree from the University of Colorado and an MBA from the W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
