Hi do a lot of work in Kansas city and I live in ontario  have a full team there I trust  that is the key to long distance projects more then willing to share but  I never take on a project untill I have a full team in place  just me once I have the team I find the property get a vidio walk through or good pictures, send in the contractor for an estimate  and the inspector for a report   then if it is still in budget close and have my property manager supervise the project.
