I don't know what a Hampton is or where it's at or why you would want to "summer" there (being that I'm a West Coast person), but I can tell you whoever owns it has a "second home" mortgage, and it's totally on the up-and-up that they rent it to other WASPS (other demographics too, this is just the demographic that is always portrayed on these horrible films that a certain person, whom I may or may not be in matrimony with, loves to watch every November through December) when they aren't using it.

So in this case, because Texas is one of the 9 states that has what is is called Community Property Laws, we have to include all debts from both married individuals.So while people are able to keep debts separate within matrimony in other states, the community property laws make couples include all debts with in the marriage. 

It was last Thursday June 6th. but because the referee is in a matrimonial trial he was apparently too lazy busy to respond and confirm the first closing date so it was cancelled. 

But I have heard that lenders assume that a spouse has to contribute to the matrimonial mortgage payment - is this true?

Years ago you would hear the officiant at weddings call out during the ceremony, "if anyone has any reason why these two shouldn't be bonded by holy matrimony, speak now or forever hold your peace."  

I cannot find the answer to this under the search tab:Scenerio 1: Husband and wife are living in the matrimonial home, but wife is not on title.

I see this very much like matrimony  we get married for life.. these folks that post on BP I am buying this rental for life.
