They are likely exactly where they should be given the strong demand for housing, primarily being driven by wealthy tech workers moving into the area.Prices are huh because (1) strong population growth, (2) strong job growth, and (3) diverse economic base, particularly tech sector, and (4) great/unique culture ("Keep Austin Weird".
