Haha thank you @Andrew Johnson, I think one of the unique things about Mammoth is it's proximity to Yosemite so it gets consistent, year round traffic.

I might be in a unique predicament and thought to reach out here:I am wrapping up a co-owned 203k project that had some large surprises during construction and, now, is over budget and we need more money to finish the job.

To add to that they were certain it would not appraise as a lender had informed the broker this is a "unique property and will be very hard to appraise" (It's two separate buildings on one parcel of land).

The first time school was the focus, and the second time school was a side project, and in both cases the outcome was the same: I earned a degree.

Any agent that you contact will need to know why the claim is open and what the likely outcome is.  

Any given contract will have its own unique clauses, and will spell out many of the contingencies he may be concerned about.

I am just wondering what the common outcome of this might normally be?

I'm planning on talking about the opportunity (size of the market), my skills and why I would be able to bring a unique value to the industry and also how much I need and what I would do with it and how much money I think that I would make in the first year. 

I am definitely going to look into all of this and be sure of the outcomes.

You should be able to look at the "blotter" that a list of every call the police received which officer responded for what reason and the outcome of the call.
