After a fire is the asbestos considered to have been "disturbed" (even though it's technically supposed to be fireproof) thus negating all the rules and regs for removal to begin with?

I suppose its more conservative to only buy with money you actually have but requires a much more aggressive investment approach because you have to generate more activity to raise the real money to keep buying.

Ydina, I believe Wells is correct about registering your out of state entity with the Secretary of State: http://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/foreign_outofstate.shtml As for the recommendation to open an account with Wells Fargo, I suppose that is true.
