I have a new tenant asking of I am ok with them putting a basketball hoop on the concrete patio in front of the garage.

When I had some Class D rentals I was thrilled if they didn't flush concrete down the toilet and steal the HVAC unit.   

Do the pads/areas where you plan to move them to all have sufficient concrete/gravel/piers for anchoring/etc?

This stone siding on the front of the house, under a porch overhand, is falling off the side of the house.The concrete porch is also cracked all the way across, right by the edge of the front door, intersecting with this issue.What do you think, is it A) A foundation sinking issue, or B) Just heavy stone falling off its adhesive, and a separate issue on the concrete porch?

I also considered boxing in the refrigerator, to give a more polished look.

Looks like they disposed of whatever the chemical was in the trash bin,  and put the bin on the concrete driveway where it leaked further creating another dark stain that the power washer also couldn't get out.
