So 30 days from an indeterminable date is much less concrete than "we will be gone by the 12th."

This stone siding on the front of the house, under a porch overhand, is falling off the side of the house.The concrete porch is also cracked all the way across, right by the edge of the front door, intersecting with this issue.What do you think, is it A) A foundation sinking issue, or B) Just heavy stone falling off its adhesive, and a separate issue on the concrete porch?

I also considered boxing in the refrigerator, to give a more polished look.
