And there are plenty of tenant-friendly attorneys who would take this case, argue it in court, and probably win.

You don't have to use XYZ Company, or XYZ Salesperson, wait until you find that ABC you're looking for.

Legally, you have every right to do what you're doing (as long as you're following DNC rules)...I'm not arguing that you shouldn't be allowed to do it.
