I have been looking for some closing attorneys to add to my team but havent yet been able to find any that are willing to work with me.

If it’s not a lost property due to mold then I think I’m sold on the deal and will make it my summer project.

I've started trying to assemble my "team" and evaluate properties that come in from my agent's MLS feed.
