I have family in Wilmington and have considered doing some buy and holds there so I'm interested in knowing what areas of town you invest in and if you have any local team members there you could recommend?  

Barring an unexpected Kasich veto the foreclosure process in Ohio is about to change.Here are a few highlights of the bill: Creates an expedited foreclosure process for vacant and abandoned properties.Adopts the Uniform Law Commission language concerning standing and the ability to sue for foreclosure when the note is lost or destroyed.Establishes that a person is guilty of criminal mischief if he knowingly causes damage to the residential property after being served with a complaint in foreclosure.Modifies how taxes will be prorated in foreclosure cases.Allows, after court approval, the use of private selling officers in foreclosure actions.

I am very excited to begin building a great team and start investing aggressively there but would consider investing anywhere if the deal was right.  

If you're well connected and have a good team, you should be getting at least 1 deal per week you could say "yes'' to. 

He is well meaning but his team is basically incompetent.

When I started real estate, I had big grand dreams of having a team, and doing my own flips, which I still think can become reality. 

I'm just beginning to look for a team.
