We are maintaining a home for a bank with $31,000 in fines, from yard maintenance and some minor exterior repairs that never got addressed(city didn't fix the repairs, just fined).

Have you considered changing out the ugly number decals on the exterior doors for something a little more elegant?

I have a pretty decent understanding within the field of residential real estate, but I must admit that I have been concentrating more on my specific niche, as opposed to real estare itself as an industry.

It may also require some boring into concrete and treating the interior walls by plumbing fixtures.You should seal up the exterior to prevent rodents if that has not already been done.
