I have always desired to have my own business and not to work the typical 9-5, so when I saw a video by Mark Whitten on real estate wholesaling, I was immediately bit by the real estate bug!

I have plenty of photos and a video documenting the damage.

My business partner came up with the idea months ago that we should do quick 15-30 second video testimonials from sellers immediately after a closing so we're getting that together to put on our website as well.

I have a lot more to listen to, but they are always packed with information.I'm having trouble locating a link, but Podcast #40 had a link to this video.
