For me the pros & cons of having it all on one-page are:Pros:- Easier to maintain and manage- Cheaper- Establish authority quickly- Unified front/messaging- Some people may like to see that I'm an actual, real human beingCons:- Seeing the nitty-gritty details may turn off some sellers- May be slightly confusing to navigate if all you want is a "squeeze page"Like I said, I'd love some feedback on those who both blog and have a significant online lead acquisition strategy.

I commend you for your sacrifices for the greater good of the human race.Once you can buy into better quality properties most investors I know do not want war zones unless say it represents 5% to 10% of their entire portfolio and they will dump it fast if it gives them problems without adversely affecting their net worth.
