I am looking for a contract that I can use between my company (to rehab RE) and an investor to secure and protect the investors position in the deal.In other words what forms / contracts do you guys use when getting cash from investors?

Hello all,My husband and I are just getting started in the wholesaling world and I was wondering how you guys have come up with scripts for potential clients and pitches to people you want to wholesale their house?

I work at a large national bank here in Minnesota and have been working with my regular mortgage guy there. 

If tou’re A do it yourself kind of guy, bring a ladder, plastic tarps, a bunch of 1x2 wood strips to tarp your roof if needed.....there will be some guys running around doing that for about $2/sf.  

The guy in getting it from says the numbers work for him but i cant get then to work.
