I have spent money on discovery.

I see the value in a college education, and eventually do plan on getting one, but the financial burden and time spent on a degree seem like a waste to me right now.My problem lies in that I'm not quite sure how to make the first move.

These people have barely any knowledge of the system and cannot think outside the box.11) It takes way too many "clicks" to get to a Unit to make any changes or additions .

We probably still won't do it for a while though.I will say we do have 1 property an hour an a half away from where my Father lives, BUT my brother and I both spent years there each (it's where we went to college), so even though technically it's not "local" it feels like it is since we know the area so well.

I have been tracking my properties via excel spreadsheet and while, yes, it is sufficient... my time would be better spent elsewhere than reconciling transactions.Would love to connect and touch base regarding this topic.
