When I first got started in notes and discovered this forum, I spent a few hours and read through every post that caught my eye, going back for about a year.

The industrial market is also the most affordable per square foot because, at its core, an industrial building is just a concrete box with a few rolling doors and windows. 

My only regret is I don't have (maybe I should say make) the time to do more of them, because learning should never end.The ultimate cost/return of/on your REI education will be measured on how big your "box" becomes, and how many times you hear others tell you how you are always "thinking outside of it". 

That being said there's the possibility of a funky slice in either one of the boxes or a junction box.
