My current strategy at the moment is to look for investment opportunities surrounding medical centers and universities in my local area.

I am 60 years old, cannot walk yet from my medical condition.  

After a very painful 12 months of unemployment I did catch another development manager job, at a much reduced pay rate working for a medical software company in Cincinnati, OH.

We still have a very business-favorable economy and tax situation, top Medical center, #2 port in the country, getting more diversified all the time, and people are still moving here every week.
