After a very painful 12 months of unemployment I did catch another development manager job, at a much reduced pay rate working for a medical software company in Cincinnati, OH.

We still have a very business-favorable economy and tax situation, top Medical center, #2 port in the country, getting more diversified all the time, and people are still moving here every week.

A divorce or medical issue ?

 [ I some how got through to him, the PM didn't assuming she made an effort to get a hold of him - I called 3 times that afternoon]This week my PM is on medical leave (I never received a notice about this).

If you look at where my husband and I live we have multiple military bases (Naval Station Norfolk, Naval Support Activity Norfolk, Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Fort Story, Naval Air Station Oceanna, Damneck Training Facility, Naval Support Activity Southwest, Norfok Naval shipyard, Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, DOD Complex Suffolk, Fort Monroe, Langley Air Force Base, Fort Eustis, and Naval Weapons Station Yorktown) where we have a constant turn over.  

I am 59 years old and I found BP about 11 months ago and I am still deciding what to do while I medically recover.
