Skype is different, I have had that before and wasn't that reliable at the time, its probably gotten better.I'm not up on group conference calls on that system, but I guess if people wanted to do something it could be mentioned in the forums with the topic, numbers and time

I think calling it a nice town was sugar coating it a bit when it ranks in the bottom 10% of schools systems according to NJ Monthly and Moody's rates their bonds as junk.

Hopefully, it will be approved soon and more private insurers will get in the market, creating actual competition, now that there are no longer taxpayer subsidized rates for new owners, which will likely lead to a better system overall if we make it through the transition.

Google and see what you can find, zillow has an excellent marketplace/rating system for different mortgage providers.Also, do you really need a realtor experienced in foreclosures?
