Belinda Lopez Buying an established LLC for good credit purposes?

By that I mean an LLC is simply the credit rating of the members at first until a company then establishes its own, I just think that if theres a system that creates LLC for resale for the sole purpose of having good credit lines… seems like credit fraud to me.

I would also find out ages on key systems (roof, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire alarm & suppression) and estimate initial/short term capital outlay accordingly {If you get to an accepted offer, you'll look at these things in more detail}Are all units separately metered for all utilities?

There are a few therapists, Realtors, Financial Consultants, Pastor and a few Freelancers in the current set-up.My goals:-Renovate the entire space to include a larger kitchen, updated bathrooms, create an open office space for daily renters and add some dedicated desks for those needing monthly space, but not private offices; add a full service print center and an additional conference room and wire for VTC use with screens and projectors; add a Key FOB entry system for 24-7 access and camera system.

Once the regulation is written, formulated, implemented, and guidelines distributed to lenders my guess is that these lenders build their systems, make pertinent modifications, develop the infrastructure to accommodate the changes.
