Looking for a general contractor in the Atlanta Georgia area for kitchen/bathroom windows rehab.Any recommendations?

Tore out/replaced the old kitchen, flooring, trim, bathrooms, windows, doors, garage door and opener.

Kitchen and bathroom counters etc. etc.

Some people will say a bathroom cost $20k and kitchen costs $40k, 8 people might say that, but they might all be in the same kind of market and price ranges.

We aim to do rehabs of the kitchen and floors.

Had a leaky supply line to an icemaker that ruined a kitchen floor. 

After sanding down the areas and painting those areas (mainly the hallway and kitchen - they shared the same wall on opposite sides) it looked good. 

Wait until you have a permit issue and have to deal with a local zoning board that won't budge.. bathroom. kitchen. floors.gutters.driveway.windows.painting.tile work.doors.patching walls

Roof replaced 2 years ago, HVAC replaced last year, new SS appliances 2 years ago, new wired shed, renovated bathrooms with everything new except shower and floor, new kitchen counters and sink.
