If I keep it what color cabinets should I go with in the kitchen? 

I personally love the mid-century modern 'sensibility' but having a hard time convincing my client that it would be a worthwhile investment.It's a hi-rise apartment unit being sold in "vintage" condition - the kitchen is original from 1964, even the oven!  

granted that's with a kitchen, bath, new roof etc. but dang! 

Probably full kitchens and baths, all new flooring, and other work.

As with “stick built” homes (and if budget allows), focus on making the kitchen and bathroom areas attractive.

They deliver property fully renovated: new roof, new pluming, floors, kitchen, bathrooms, paint job- all is done, but basic, of course.

Plumbing, electrical, water damage, bathroom fixtures, kitchens, furnace needs replacing, question on if it's a legal 2 u it or 3 (only 2 con Ed meters), everything needs fixing or updating.
