using a realtor to help with wholesale deals

This investor will put an estimated $20,000 into this house and will have an estimated 23K in equity, plus a nice rental. My point is there was a 200 to 1 chance to grab this property, as I had 200 realtor inquiries and one property.Pretty long odds.I'm mostly a land liquidator, and yes I do find deals from Realtors, but I need to make a "ton of offers" to get a deal.As an investor, I do it the old fashioned way too!

super inflation does what to dollar???

In theory that money you received from the government would be worth what you had in gold anyway, so someone who had 2 ounces of gold before "Executive Order 6102" was executed, would have twice the gold-pegged dollars someone who had 1 ounce would get for his gold.In practice it made the government able to manually adjust the value of the dollar, at their whim.About hyperinflation in the dollar, that would mean the collapse of the entire western monetary system, and make China extremely pissed.Hyperinflation also has an interesting effect on people, as seen here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Zero_stroke

Be flexible and willing to do some things the "old fashion" way, such as talking to tenants in person or on the telephone, instead of requiring communication by texting and email.

If you sell the property to the LLC but don't tell the mortgage company then you'll never get clear title to the property for the LLC b/c there's an outstanding mortgage lien against the property in your personal name.Basically if you want to clear your name, you'll have to build credit the old fashioned way or transfer a lot of real cash or assets directly into the LLC and use that as collatoral to gain leverage with the banks.
