Surely they can close the door or put a wash cloth on the bottom of the tub.

Tenant shall not hang laundry, sheets, signs, flags, or other articles from any window, rail, porch, door or balcony without prior written approval of Landlord.

Garage, fences, laundry units...etc adds up to almost 35k cash from my previous units.What do you think?

This house has two separate kitchens, laundry units, entrances, and living areas.How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

Roofer, carpenter, floor guy, drywall guy, tree guy, grader, plumber, electrician, RE agent, painter, insurance agent, accountant, banker, hvac guy, lumber/window guy, vinyl siding guy, gutter guy, appliance repair guy, RE attorney, junk hauling guy, pressure wash guy, dirt / gravel delivery guy. 

I'm fine with a deep wash of the walls, priming, and painting. 

I'd put a sign up in the laundry room or common area of the buildings you want to buy in. 

I would be open to travel nurses but everything I read is they are not interested unless there is a full kitchen and laundry room. 

Cleaners, lawncare person, window cleaners (exterior), carpet cleaning company, laundry service (I pick up the dirty linens and drop them off to a wash and fold laundry near by).
