Hi, I just recently bought a duplex in La Mesa, CA (San Diego) and am looking for some contractors to build an extra laundry hookup for the bottom unit for my future tenants.

They have also been hostile and difficult over the last 2 months with several different small lease violations I have looked past (installing washing machine without permission -we were supposed too and then it leaked and we had to come fix it, holes in walls to hang things, temporarily housing a pet "for a friend" without permission (no pets allowed), paying late...).

I am also a fan on linoleum (real linoleum, not vinyl) for bathrooms and laundry (when tile is not an option).

Brought along a hose and some soap and washed my truck during the "down" times between showing the place to make the time go by.Gail
