I took a few videos that you can see the basement (basement wet 1& basement wet 2)   We generally like the neighborhood and the house, but the wet basement is our biggest concern about the house at the moment.We definitely want to be safe and take all precautionary measures to ensure the basement and home stay dry and warm and will want to repair and invest in basement waterproofing.Would you consider a house with water in the basement?

CPAs are not able to spend their valuable time on private lessons, and you are probably not able to pay their hourly rate.Your best bet is to offer to volunteer some free work for them in exchange for learning, aka internship.Or - dare I suggest - there're books on Amazon and videos on YouTube.

@remingtonlyman even a BiggerPockets contributor got scammed by a 1031 intermediary with good reputation and he did a video on it. ( His name starts with Chris) When choosing just has to make sure they carry good insurance in case something goes wrong.
