Food for thought!

We sold one last week end for 900k cash in a market that the median is 700k  .. going to write another one this weekend at 850k.. we are now catering to the empty nester. and not focusing on first time buyers at all at least in this project..

To get to as many doors as you can, you’re going to need deal flow, which consists of constant outbound or inbound that requires constant follow up and catering to.

Remove your food from fridge and freezer. 

You will see a food shortage due to fallowing farms before you will see an issue related to urban water use.

Mild climate with minimal rain, quite a bit of housing for the homeless, good social programs for food access.  

To translate from country folk terms to city folk terms, that means I wasn’t born with a trust fund, and I grew up on food stamps and in trailer parks.
