Hi Dave, I just came across your post mentioning PortfolioBay. I'm actually the founder of PortfolioBay, which is based in Milwaukee and started at the end of 2021. So, like you said, it is somewhat new to the space. We are focused on serving self-managing landlords and currently have users managing portfolio ranging from 1 duplex to 100+ units, mostly Milwaukee area.
