I am looking to expand my passive income, grow my real estate portfolio, learn some new skills, meet some new people and perhaps find a deal or two in the Phoenix area. 

This inability to close is really hampering my ability to grow my business.

I hope to become an expert in the numbers so that I am ready to pull the trigger when the time is right.I really appreciate this site, and especially the way Josh Dorkin stops the podcast to have the guest explain what they meant by a term that may come naturally to the established investor.My weakness right now is understanding the correlation between down payments and ROI. 

We also recognize the growing potential for rentals right now, with increasing infrastructure in west bremerton, the development of the Trails complex in Silverdale and the expansion of the bucklin hill bridge.

This is a growing Area!

What's also great is that even as a newbie there have been plenty of opportunities for me to also provide grow by giving feedback to others and sharing ideas. 

He said it's human nature to put obstacles in front of us.

St Johns is just so new and it is growing so it is hard to find good deals there.

Maybe when the cash flow grows I'll look into other forms of REI to diversify my portfolio but for now house hacking, buy and hold is a no brainer!
