I'd have figured that they would have done something like Oregon just did, @Jay Hinrichs but they didn't address Equitable Interest in the definition of practicing real estate.It appears that the biggest changes to our law is dropping the requirement of classroom instruction to get licensed and specifically allowing agents to present contemporaneous offers from different buyers as long as they disclose in writing that they are doing so.Not a lick in there (that I can find with my, "I stayed at Holiday Inn Express last night" law degree) that makes it harder to wholesale.

The biggest problem with most people's plans is they move too quickly, are too eager, do not have enough money, do not do intensive enough research, do not have enough understanding, and place too much stock in gurus (such as out of state mentors).Your construction background can be a big help.
