We should bring this topic up again because if there are ANY real experienced real estate investors on bigger pockets they should really step up and tell us their war stories.

On BP's show 176 "How to close 110+ deals in 18 months with Tom Krol", the topic focused on the different types of list that could help generate leads.

There's mobile homes, notes, vacation rentals the list goes on and on and there's multiple podcast for most of the topics that might grab you. 

The BP Podcasts have been a major source of inspiration & learning for me.Over the last 4 years @Joshua Dorkin & @Brandon Turner have hosted 216 episodes where the amazing guests have shared a wealth of knowledge for all of us to learn from.I kept looking for ways to quickly find episodes which were related to a specific topic I was exploring so that I could have marathon learning sessions which were focused on that particular topic.The best I could find was this link, but it doesn't seem to have been update in a long time.So I put together an organized and categorized Google Sheet of the podcasts (The themes are based on the titles, I'll try to refine the themes as I listen to them). 

My first set of questions is on the topic of taxes.
