I've written long posts on the topic, so I won't rehash here, but suffice it to say, your time is probably worth more than the $15/hour you can hire a painter for.- Second, you mention that if you have to pay $2700 for a painter and your holding costs are $900/month, you're saving $1800/month by doing it yourself.

Then set your keywords up using the locations and topics that interest you the most, and you will be notified every time that keyword is used.
