Mark Woodring To Section 8, or not to Section 8?

Because I'm still inexperienced, I don't know that I'd go out and specifically look for tenants that are on Section 8, but I wouldn't turn them away either, as we would make them follow the same background checks and requirements as any of our tenants.

Thank you James.It's difficult to imagine how that could be with such a vague reference to the actual property while specifically making the original post about the how and not the what, if that makes sense.I do appreciate your comments.I'm now talking to larger established investors directly (not on BP) who are accredited, which are the ones with the resources to make a deal.Thanks again.

We still have plenty of credit available and we use it on our daily expenses (i.e. food, gas, utilities) in order to gain some of the rewards but it tends to keep our credit available low.

A book will take you from the beginning to where you need to be in order to understand the language and understand most of what is talked about in the forums.In my opinion, the forums are a bit overwhelming unless you are looking to answer a specific answer to a specific question..
