Give proof of service for eviction to county official , contact the county official that gave you the fine and let them know your working to get the issue resolved as fast as possible, include with your filing the notice from county about improper use for rental of the unit.File for cause usually less that 3 day hearing for that. and inspect before you file, if it's empty maybe they'll agree to vacate asap and give you the keys..

Since we have split the equity into two pieces you will need to create a way to resolve voting rights since they can be a tie at 50/50.The voting rights can be dealt with in a variety of ways and still protect each member of the LLC (Investor A & B).

My logic is that if you have the deed, an attorney probably wouldn't be telling you that you can't work on the property... only that there are title issues that need to be resolved.
