I have my contractor coming with me, and we will be videoing the walk through(s), I just want to be as prepared and as thorough as possible.

I mean there are tons of websites and gurus out there that want a newbie to just pay a certain amount of money so they can eventually be lead down the road to untold riches.

I came across a video where a lady broke down how to pay down a mortgage using  HELOC her method seems doable not sure if I can post the video here if I can let me know  and I will share it..My question Is it worth doing this with a rental property ?

While trying to get motivated sellers, did anyone get some leads for Realtor business by finding people that wanted to list properties at retail price, but did not want to get rid of them with a quick sale? 

So far, I've been reading anything I can get my hands on (books on real estate investing and real estate taxes) , listening to podcast, and also viewing a few youtube videos as well.

Just make sure you leave on your voice mail for those leads to check out your REI website also to learn more about you and the services you offer.

Which leads me to my 1st question... has anyone found themselves searching for referral fees and found themselves becoming a wholesaler?
