I think now that what is happening in my addiction to the many, many, podcasts and articles and books and videos on all things entrepreneurship, is that my competitive spirit, my work ethic, my desire to produce something, anything, of value is stretching me to the point where I can no longer remain in my current state of hum-drum. 

Is anyone still going after this niche to generate leads, and if so what strategies have you found helpful or successful.

Placing a tenant buyer at a disadvantage, intentionally or negligently can lead to trouble.

A typical corporate or real estate attorney will not have that kind of knowledge and could lead a client into potential trouble.

I'm going to outline what all I have done since this property leading up to the sale below, not to brag, but to give a real world example that all of this can work.
