Your title seemed to suggest they were going the other way, having been aware of tha, I didn't read it, sorry, and assumed,but if that's what they are suggesting, I think it's probably folks my son's age, he has a large home in the Dallas area, but not for me.Smaller has nothing to do or at least much to do with value or cost, smaller but better appointed, quality materials, antique details, honed beams, stone fireplace, etc.I'll go check your article, maybe they are going green, super insulated to make up for the $1,000 heating bill.....this is where Warren Buffet and I have things in common....LOL In the spring, summer and fall I'm on the deck the sunroom is for the winter or rainy days.

A limited POA is stating concerning just that specific property and specific duties pertaining to that property that person is legally... you.Most Real Estate commission boards will not address this exemption but most estate attorneys will know the legal laws governing this type of document within each state.All states allow you to appoint people who are not licensed, to buy real estate for you, sell real estate for you, manage real estate for you etc...Though each states LPOA form may require specific tailoring to each states legal requirements to act.Hope this helps.

If your plan is to later amend your tax returns, then you are lying about your financial situation on your mortgage app.I'm not a lawyer, but a glance at internet research shows that it might or might not be willful misrepresentation should the bank decide to sue (probably not if you're current on mortgage after a few years when you want to amend) -- grey area left up to the courts then to decide.
