Brian P.K. Jones PM asking me not to negotiate with vendors. How to respond?

The email goes as far as to say that by negotiating with them, it creates a strain on their relationship (with the vendor) and may bring about concerns on the vendor's end that if other clients will also engage in negotiations.For context, though I'm only speculating that it may have been this latest interaction that prompted the email - I received an estimate, decided to call the contractor, which I've done many times in the past with other estimates.

In NC, each county has its own rules for trailers and unfortunately there is nothing on the web and no specific individual to call.

Say they do something else, well instead of fining them or threatening eviction, why don't I just use the web filter to block all games, entertainment, explicit content, etc, until they comply.What do you think, are these good ideas or am I just crazy?

Then, when you actually see something like someone shows you a picture of a property they purchased you need to assume that 98% of those claims are untruthful because maybe that person did not actually by the property, or there could be a web of lies surrounding the purchase of the property.
