It's like a reality tv show without a signed contract. i could not remember all her "issues with contractors" threads, but thanks for remembering and listing them.i am starting to think two things:- it's either a problem with her and she should re-evaluate her line of work. beating one's head in a rock repeatedly is obviously not working.- she is not actually an investor and just starts threads to get replies. why else would she still be repeating the same mistakes over and over?

Tell them your objective is to help to clean up problem properties in the community - that you have a mission and money and you're out to make Round Rock a nicer place.  

Welcome @Chris McMahonI think you will find that if you throw a rock you'll hit 10 realtors many of which invest.Regardless this is a great place to learn and network.  

I'm fairly local to you, there is a local investment group in little rock. 

Yeah, but Mississippi rocks when it comes to making money off of real estate.

You just have to have the right property and then find the all-star tenants.
