Trying to stay professional.Here is my question:how do you all feel about the following lease up fees?

I think that as young adults if we stay hungry and be diligent at this age we're going to achieve what we want regardless👍🏻My regret in college is that I didn't start going to meet ups.

Not sure how these people stay in business.

And beyond the legality of dual agency I was wondering about the wisdom of using one or staying away.

Sounds like for the time being I can stay "lazy" and not open up a new bank account just yet. 

The only issue is that I'm getting paid $12/HR and thus, will take longer for me to acquire my first house-hack rental.I've just received a text from my former employee that if I go back to this company, not only will I stay at the $17/HR BUT during the offseason (November-March) I will get paid $400 a week for no work if I stay on until next year.

When I rent a unit, I avoid places with the cleaning fee if I am only staying a day or two, but it is totally fine if I am staying the week.

If I bought the 1/1 condo/townhome, I’d stay in the area.
