@Victor Kapustin I own a Carpet Cleaning franchise - and as far as I know - each company/franchise will have different requirements as to exit strategies. 

My response is that I would want a lease for the term of the solar panel lease which will incorporate the cost of the panels and regular increases every years.

I get phone calls on a regular basis about people wanting to rent out a room. 

Currently we self-manage and have a great cleaning team.

So I ended up touching up paint and cleaning way more than I ever want to do again.My next rehab won’t start until July 1st.

We added granite in the kitchen and cleaned them up a bit.

Simply Safe systems are great to use so long as you keep the electricity on.Otherwise, if you have boots-on-the-grounds, PM, Realtor, etc. that can pop by regularly to check locks and show that the property is being checked on.You can install live, or dummy cameras, on the exterior of the property as a deterrent as well.Best of luck to you!!

Is there a local real estate investing group that meets regularly?

So I regularly use IG Stories to post what kind of properties Im looking for, and those agents then hit me up if they have something coming up that fits my criteria. 

If you just have lots of roots that are the problem, you may just have to have it cleaned out once a year - much cheaper than digging up the whole sewer.I’d invest a few hundred bucks first to find out what you really need.
