Monthly 1 year rental history is $4,200 per month with leases in place at this same rate carrying through next May.Looking to completer the BRRRR and do a cashout refi and the bank who I have the $271k loan with said they could not do a cash out refi2 j as I don't have a traditional W2 job currently and my 2020 taxes show my investment properties as operating as losses (I have 4).

It seems most of the IRA custodians that support the SDIRA/LLC arrangement don't actually handle setting up the LLC or help with the mechanics of operating it.We've found a couple that do, IRA Financial Trust Company and Midland Trust.

It's not money for nothing (and your chix) for free.You will have to spend time working at it.You should ask yourself--is doing the things I need to do to operate this rental business, and taking the financial risks I need to take the right thing for me.Also do you know enough (in your judgement) to be able to start in on this yet.For instance, do you know what a P-Trap is, what about bug control, do you know how to legally evict someone in your town, and do you have money set aside to do this and also to "Turn" the unit for the next customer/renter while still paying the mortgage?
