IMO the lenders will work out some kind of payment arrangements with those borrowers who can afford to pay - a loan modification with a higher monthly payment or a loan modification that puts the arrears into a second mortgage that is payable on sale or at a refi or at payoff of the primary mortgage.

So fair have done about 7k in "upgrades".Ultimately, I am not out much if either one of us fails to perform on the contract, but my goal is to change the arrangement of the agreement so that I have a bit more protection and the seller still has peace of mind.Any suggestions on how I should approach this?
