Manufacturing and government jobs seem to be on the decline, and yet vacancy rates have been slowly going down while asking rents have also really been increasing.

But the guy is living in a low income unit on government assistance. 

Why invest in a house that’s not 2% rule if you can get a government bond or 10% and your loan is 15%.

Thanks to anyone in advance for any information they provide.I have found a good government website for searching the 'Property Tax' on a property but I got mislead when i opened a bill statement and saw that a State and County were included in the 'Property Tax'.

You'll also want to look into the legal hurdles - I actually thought all liquor stores in PA were government owned.I went the opposite route - I purchased the commercial plaza that my store is in after a few years in business.

The majority of government money will go to organizations that are already established.

@Bjorn Ahlblad, they must have updated the link.https://www.bloomberg.com/news...But I agree, that while I feel for tenants having to live in slum like conditions, why isn't the government stepping in to say "We won't raise your property value every few years" or "we will limit how much the plumber can charge to repair the leaky sinks"...
