And if you look at what's happening in Colorado Springs -- a strong government backed economy with a growing diversity of other economic sectors, a strong appeal to young people and coastal people with money, and a spillover from Denver's crazy market -- and you start to see a market that still has upside potential. 

My wife is also a government employee with stable income, and I have already aligned a position to join the government civilian sector upon retirement.

Rarely does the government make decisions that are rational.

First, the eviction moratorium only applies if your home is financed through a government backed loan.

I looked at this a few years ago and the fundamental problem I found is there isn't a common, well understood set of statutes  and definitions that govern these kind of homes.
