Our attorney extended for a week without asking us because the tenant promised she would be out that next week and then our courts were closed due to the treat of storms and flooding.

Looking to see if anyone has any lawn and snow removal referrals in Racine, WI I have contacted 6 different companies with 3 of which never responded and the other 3 I have been waiting days now to send me their quote/estimate they promised me several days ago I don't have time to chase them down looking to see if anyone can help me or know anyone reputable for lawn maintenance and snow removal.

We’ve seen fake leases and rent ledgers, even fake tenants - who were placed by the seller to backup the fake lease and ledger.

Brandon,If your new to this just a word of warning finding lenders on Social media of any kind you will run into all kinds of folks . especially those that say they can do loans with no money down and lower rate than you would expect etc.. and then the next thing out of their mouth is your approved just need to send us a fee up front .. usually by zell or one of the other pay apps.. these are 99.9% fake lenders looking to rip you off.reality is no experience ( if that is your situation) No money which you said you dont have any there simply are not legitimate lenders that will make these loans.. lots of frauds out there so just be cautious if someone says they can do the loan .. thats fine the only thing you should pay for is an appraisal .

But still, whoever you use, get their promises and what they plan to do in writing.
