My range is basically from Toms River to Seaside Park all the way up to Tinton Falls through Long Branch.I'd prefer to stay in Ocean County or southern Monmouth but maybe something more up north would work better for me.

Zoning requires 2 parking spaces for each "dwelling unit" (not tenant).

I’m specifically looking at areas such as Humboldt park, Austin, Jefferson Park, Elmwood Park, and Albany Park.

Even state in the lease where they can park and how many cars max each tenant can have.

Rough neighborhood at that section. ( I live in a nice section 2 blocks away) It's a main road and I believe no parking.
