They also left the house very dirty; no damage just took our cleaners much longer to clean up after.There are some great people that use Airbnb, but where there is an issue it is usually from one of them.I have had maybe one issue from someone that rented via Vrbo but it was minor.We made record cash flow during the pandemic (from Vrbo) during the pandemic.

My next step is to clean up the property make it look presentable.

If you have confidence she'll leave the property in good condition, let her know the deposit will be returned in full provided it's clean up vacancy.

My response is that I would want a lease for the term of the solar panel lease which will incorporate the cost of the panels and regular increases every years.

We added granite in the kitchen and cleaned them up a bit.

Simply Safe systems are great to use so long as you keep the electricity on.Otherwise, if you have boots-on-the-grounds, PM, Realtor, etc. that can pop by regularly to check locks and show that the property is being checked on.You can install live, or dummy cameras, on the exterior of the property as a deterrent as well.Best of luck to you!!
