Location of property: 30 minutes outside Asheville in a great short-term rental area with growing demand.Purpose of financing: Purchase OR purchase/reno/constructionType of financing sought: Open to all reasonable solutions.  

They are not concerned about making huge money off of this deal and are ok with just pocketing the interest difference and knowing that they're helping up grow our business.

As far as Davenport area, it is growing rapidly.

I met a guy in Grand Rapids, MI at a real estate convention who lost $250M for not being properly protected with an LLC.

It may also mean you finish rehabbing 1 less house each year and that means you are growing much slower and that also has an affect.

And all the time the government is growing and borrowing. 

I have a land contract from a private lender and I’m not sure the best way to grow from here.
