I will need to replace cabinets or get drawers custom made, and have space professionally cleaned.

@Dean SmithThere are professionals that will rent your house and then do the Bnb —your rental is long term a couple years and they do the work and maintenance and you enjoy life.

What's the qualifications / requirement to become a professional property managers in the State of TN?

In fact we tweaked some things, and instead of them (the city) being adamantly against it they got on board and actually helped with the project.Here's my personal & professional advice - talk to the individual first & foremost and find common ground.
