Maybe it’s in Ohio only, idk Anyway, it’s your property and you have to take care of it now and then figure out who is going to pay for the damages, how it happened to prevent such cases in future.Flooding, bursting pipes, sewer back up could happen any time without anyone’s fault.The longer you wait to fix it - the more income you lose.
