I was thinking, correct me if I'm wrong, you write up a 'Consultancy Agreement,' that you would find an off market property for the buyer and charge them a specific dollar fee for the service.Any tips/thoughts?

Cold calling allowed me to gather emails and mobile phone numbers so that i could get my message out to sellers thorough multiple forms of contact such as helpful tips through email and SMS messaging.
