Basically, we try not to waste the investor's time so that by the time they come and look at the property, they already know the property has potential - it is just a matter of the investor working their own numbers to make the final decision.

Start with state registration, initially pick out name - make sure its not taken at state level, then then get registration for EIN, Federal Tax ID is free, then register with state - they needed EIN, here it's $50, finally reister with county, here it's $20.
