I want to begin wholesaling, fix & flip and eventually own several prpoerties and lease them- depending on the property.I'm looking to possibly pool funds with some other newbies or veterans on the first few properties and learn from each other while building up some extra capital and then begin looking for SF rentals for cash flow and/or multi-family opportunities.
