Skill level will eventually increase and conversion rates will rise, but the best focus is quantity in the beginning.Once we get a few deals under contract, we will cherry pick the flips that make the most sense for us based on experience level (what we can confidently handle) and profit margin.

Every stock picking genius in history has eventually gotten in wrong, or been found to be cheating, so I don't trust my own ability to find those deals.I would argue that in order to find the winning stocks you probably have to spend a lot more time researching than you do to find a decent buy and hold rental.

Most people I know who decided to pay for access still came back to me with questions, and eventually decided it was cheaper and more efficient to work with a knowledgeable and responsive Real Estate Broker.Don't take this as me being protectionist as many Realtors are of the Real Estate systems we use - to the contrary - I think that quality Brokers will be in even more demand if consumers are allow more access to information than they current have.
