I don't recommend walking away because of the current events that are making people hoard toilet paper and sanitizer.

This is as opposed to walking in to a big conventional bank like B of A and asking for a loan, or from a local Ohio portfolio lender that will hold my debt and not sell it on the secondary market.  

We walk in through the garage that she left open and could have gotten a contact high from the smell, like she took a big hit and blew it in through the house right before she left.  

Accept less and they will walk all over you the next time they have a problem.You need to be researching the government programs that are being rolled out for rent payment assistance due to COVID 19.  

In the short term, looking for one to walk a property with me to help estimate rehab costs and then once the time comes obviously complete the renovations.

They can either vacate the premises during showings, or have strangers walking around while they're home.

Another tenant got mugged within a couple of weeks of moving in when she walked to the market down the block. 

Wondering if other landlords have come up against issues here, ie. current tenants not wanting strangers walking through their house, etc.
