Two areas that I have been interested in are Round Rock, TX (Just north of Austin) and Chattanooga, TN. 

I guess this should be generic same answer for whole country, not for North jersey like Newark, Jersey city, Union city etc.

The B+ areas we have done well in are Maumelle (really that is A class), Sherwood and parts of North Little Rock.

Today when bringing up the fact that the renovation of the 5 year vacant adjacent property (our project) was increasing her property value by north of $10,000, that was met with a predictable 'Don't act like you are doing us any favors!'.
