Very small homes, under 800-900 square feet, seem to me to be just too small for most families unless its near a college or univerisity.

That is pretty realistic to me and plays out in my experience for a wholesale deal.

I have yet to have any deals where letting the REO agent double end the deal would have made any different to me getting my low ball offer accepted or not.

Furthermore, the idea of government rental program is scary to me.
