They may get a chance to vote up or down a referendum once in a while, but our state is not huge in that as compared to, say, California.Many elections are all but determined in the primaries since (a) cross-filing is allowed, meaning candidates run legally as both a R & D and (b) a lot of candidates run a write-in campaign in the opposite party.An independent in PA is essentially taking themselves out of the political process, especially for LOCAL elections.

These markets offer low priced properties relative to the rental income (the R/V ratio) generating very good cash-flow and above average rates of return.We have several oversea investors buying in those markets specifically for the cash-flow and high rates of return.Of course, with any market, there are great, good, and poor neighborhoods, so due diligence is very important.

I am so amazing some of you are such savvy investors to turn rentals into great cash flow (though I think Michael R. meant "Bough 2 for 35,000$.." not 3500$, right?)
