I am very excited to start my real estate investing career and get closer to creating financial freedom.  

The idea of having passive income and financial freedom sounds fantastic and I want to get there, slow and steady. 

@Andrew Davis one day my true powers will reveal themselves :P

I hope that they don't let greed take over and sell the dream of easy financial freedom via real estate by taking advantage of people like many other gurus who claim to have started with nothing but yet don't ever seem to pay it forward. 

While we still earn a respectable W2 income along with passive net cash flow from rental portfolio, the reduction in consumption has proven powerful in increasing our rental investment potential.  

Many aspects will probably fly, police powers must be consistent. 

Recently I picked up a "Power Plunger" (Item#99644) for $5.95 on sale and a 25' drain cleaner (Item#66262) on sale for $11.99 at Harbor Freight.  

Other requirements included their own control / source of heat and 24/7 access to their breaker box (more because this was a unit attached to another and they want to make sure one party can't lock another party out of access to heat and power. ) Anyway, I fit all these requirements into a room 8.5x21ft.

This experience has shown me that words are not only therapeudic, they also tend to carry an often misunderstood power to them.

At best, we have substantially more income and freedom.
